The Employer, the Union and individual Employees shall cooperate in maintaining a safe and healthy work place.
The Employer will provide safety and health training for all Employees on work time.
There will be a joint Employer and Union Safety and Health Committee established to investigate, identify and remove conditions which are hazardous to an Employee’s safety and health.
